Alexander Herd, Methihill, Wemyss, Fife Scotland

Hi,
   I am looking for information on my great grandfather Alexander Herd b. 1869, Cameron Fifeshire, Scotland. He married Margaret Mathieson b. 1870, Wemyss, Fife Scotland. They were married July 18, 1889. I am looking for their children's names, birth dates, marriages and death dates. I know one of their children who is my grandfather James Mathieson Herd b. Mar 25, 1896, Methal Fife Shire, Scotland.  The rest of the children I do not know. I think there might have been 8 or 9 kids.

Have you tried finding the family on the censuses? A really good way of expanding the family to siblings etc.

Is mother Margaret or Marjery? Possible from 1901, everyone showing as born in Wemyss,except for father Alexander:

The 1889 marriage that you mention for Alexander and Marjory (think it is Marjory rather than Margaret) would help you best to properly confirm their parents' names.

There is this birth for example for Marjorie https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XYPW-PP8

Her parents names would fit well with the names of first born children to Alexander and Marjorie...but you need to confirm form certs what we have here...
