Is this transcription correct?

In 1871 they are shown as Thomas and Margaret Riley

The image is exactly as you have described.  The first three names are at the bottom of one page (17), the next three at the top of the following page (18).
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

Maybe they used both names was Margarets maiden name Riley?

1851 also Riley - possibly different wife.

Maybe it was just an error. There is a James Bibby and family on same page.

Thanks all. I think it must be an error. I can't find any of them as Bibbys.
