 That's the one I  found    also ,   married  June 6th  1830 St Mary Stratford Bow  in the  presence  of James  Morris ( or Norris )  and Mary  Mumford  ,      Fathers  names   weren't mentioned  nor   occupations  or  ages     at that  time

Sophia Munford in the London, England, Marriages and Banns, 1754-1921

 Sophia  and Joseph  Sealeys   marriage  is  on line !   image  shows     Fathers  name  given as John  a grocer ,   and   his  father henry  a labourer  ,   so   looks  like the  1881  and  baptism   is  are   the   correct  ones 

1841    census    has  Sophia and  her parents  and siblings   in  Hackney ,     but the  image  is  very  faint   to read

Can you find John Mumford in the 1841 census? Would it have his parents names?

1841     Hackney       writing  on  image  is very  faint ,  but I  can  just make  out  John and Sophia's   occupation

 Mary Mumford  3 ...........   possible  witness  on Sophia and Joseph  Sealeys  wedding   cert

 You'll  probably   have  to  find John Mumfords  baptism on Familysearch  site to get his  parents names
