I am looking for some kind of documentation for the marriage of Earl Kenneth Yates and Julia L Bushnell. They were married in Syracuse NY on Feb 2, 1924

If the marriage license was issued by the city of Syracuse, then the quickest way to obtain a copy would be from the Syracuse City Clerk:

There is mention of a marriage license - The Daily Record Saturday 23 February 1924 - Earl Kenneth Yates 105 Hillsdale Ave and Julia Leola Bushnell 251 Holland Street - future address 105 Hillsdale Ave.
