I'm trying to locate parish records for Settle either online or deposited somewhere. Anyone any ideas? I'm trying to research the Ayrton family

Thanks

I may have this wrong, so forgive me, please  :)  Pre-1836 I think that Settle came within the parish of Giggleswick - records to 1838 available on FindMyPast - Bishop's Transcripts.  Holy Ascension church in Settle was not built until 1836-38.  I can't see any records on FindMyPast for Settle.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Thanks for your replies
I'm after records for the 1870's to 1890's and these aren't covered by FindMyPast

FindMyPast are still adding to their collection of Yorkshire parish registers, so the Settle ones will probably appear in due course. If you can't wait, the originals are at North Yorkshire County Record Office.

I have been researching Henry Ayrton (1808-59) who was licensee of the Royal Oak in Settle c 1840-59.  Please pm me if his family is of interest to you
