The fact that you have his name indicates you know something else about him.
Help us to help you by giving further info ie nationality,where born etc.
Do you think Bede is a real part of his name or an abbreviation of Bernard.
Any idea what Order he was belong to.
Have you got his death cert.

There's a James B. Taylor, teacher, the right age in the 1911 census- born in Scotland:

James Bede Taylor was born in Greenock, Scotland 1880. He was one of 3 sons who went into the priesthood, his brother Alexander died quite soon after his ordination in Govan and his older brother Thomas was the inspiration for Carfin Grotto near Motherwell.
