unable to find marriage - HARRINGTON and CRONIN

Trying to find a marriage for a Jeremiah Harrington to a Elizabeth Cronin, possibly they never married but their eldest daughter was born around 1835. they may have married in England but I cant find it, any help appreciated.

yes hello the eldest daughter was called Margret, but a couple of years after Jeremiah died in 1840, Elizabeth married a George Plunket in a catholic belgium chapel. Elzabeth stated she was a spinster and not a widow. I wonder if Jeremiah wasn't a catholic or Elizabeth has fibbed.
