Trying to find James Culbertson born 1800 Ireland, any advice?

Unfortunately I only know that he was born in 1800 in Ireland and died in 1869 in Michigan and was the father of Sara born in Pennsylvania in 1829. I haven't been able to find out anything else. Is that too little to go on to find out more?
