Norfolk is my guess. Moulton is very similar ( but not) or St Peters Haveringland

Wrong shape of towers. This has a square based, octagonal tower.

It's known as a Diaper pattern...same as the brickwork in one of the WAI's.

Doesn't the shape of the tower have an architectural name as well?  I don't know, I'm just grasping at straws basically.
