I do not have resources for Tasmanian BMDs but others in the forum do.
However, I think it is safe to say Cleave Henry
Devlin RAWNSLEY (who married Daisy Eileen ??) and Maxwell Hansley RAWNSLEY were brothers.
Their parents were, I think, Charles Henry RAWNSLEY and Veronica Mary (nee BISHOP)
The electoral rolls show this couple together from 1914 first at Waratah, Darwin Tas. where he was a fitter.
In 1919 he has become a police constable and this is also the case in 1928.
In 1936 they are together at Scamander where he is the proprietor of the Ocean Beach Hotel.
In 1943 Cleave joins them, registering to vote at Scamander. He is a labourer and by 1949 Daisy Eileen is also there at the Hotel.
As previously mentioned, Maxwell Hansley RAWNSLEY was registered to vote in Scamander in 1949 and 1954.
When Maxwell joined the AIF in 1942 his next of kin was Veronica RAWNSLEY. He gave his date of birth as 21 Feb 1921 and was living in St Kilda Victoria
http://www.ww2roll.gov.au/Veteran.aspx?serviceId=A&veteranId=484504In 1958, Veronica Mary RAWNSLEY moved to Victoria and was registered at the same address as a male of the same surname who may have been another son.
She remained in Victoria until 1977 and her addresses can be given if needed.
She died in QLD

ADDING A note of interest.
The 1972 address for Veronica Mary RAWNSLEY was 8 Lantana Street, Blackburn
The 1972 address for Kate FURSTON and her daughter Elizabeth and son-in-law Robert PIGGINS was 28 Muir Street Mt Waverley.
There are only a few kilometres between the two.
