Reply #21 and #22 make reference to the "two PIGGINS women"
I do not see that Daisy Eileen RAWNSLEY was nee PIGGINS.
Perhaps you have seen something I have not Malcolm.

No I couldn't find the second reference either, but Alex did - his email on Friday:
"Here’s a co-incidence. A lady called Eileen Rawnsley dies in Sydney in 2013, and she also appears as Piggins. The same for another called Lilian Rawnsley who died in 2010. Odd , that."
That is when I tried to find both entries. Haven't heard from Alex this morning. But he referred both sources as the Ryerson Index.
We can see from the 1891 census in Consett that there were 6 sons to George and Eleanor Piggins and 4 of them had moved out by 1901. So I think it most likely that one at least migrated to Australia prior to Lillian's birth 5 September 1929. Can we tell if she was born here?
I've just spotted something interesting. In 1891 the Piggins were living in Havelock Street, Consett. This was not a long street, better known for the Alexandra Pub on the corner with Shakespeare/Middle Streets. There were only 15 houses in total between the corner blocks. I think it was one of the streets that was in ruins when I was sent back to Consett 1940/1943 and we used to play among the ruins.
In 1881 my great grandmother's brother John Oliver and his wife Jane and daughter Catherine (1 year old) were living at No.14 Havelock Street. In 1886 John Oliver and his family - then 3 daughters - sailed in the Gulf St.Vincent to Melbourne. If the Piggins family were already in Havelock Street then they must have known my Gt.Gt.Uncle John. The Gulf St. Vincent sank on its next voyage. Friends of the Family, the Swainston's, came to Melbourne in 1912 but didn't stay and when back in Consett they would have been full of stories.
Years ago I traced John and Jane's family and am still in constant touch with one cousin, a granddaughter of Catherine, who is now into her 90's and living across the Bay at Belmont/Geelong.
So I think it very likely that one of the Piggins' sons, perhaps Benjamin, was fired up, seeing his friends leave and perhaps he was Lillian's father?
