Just wanted to let anyone know that commented along my journey... I received my UK passport yesterday  ;D

They said it would take a minimum of 10 weeks after being received, but it took only 2-3.

So exciting. Thank you all!

Well done and a jolly sight quicker than a UK resident just getting a renewal!
Berks / Oxon: Eltham, Annetts, Wiltshire (surname not county), Hawkins, Pembroke, Partridge
Dorset / Hants: Derham, Stride, Purkiss, Sibley
Yorkshire: Pottage, Carr, Blackburn, Depledge
Sussex: Goodyer, Christopher, Trevatt
Lanark: Scott (soldier went to Jersey CI)
Jersey: Fowler, Huelin, Scott

Haha yes, a distant cousin of mine said the same thing about how a renewal takes longer!
