William Rollason born Eastbourne 1765

My 4x great grandfather was William Rollason born in Eastbourne in 1765, my family line comes down through Thomas Rollason 3x grandfather (born 1795) to Alfred Rollason born 1824, who moved to Cornwall. Would like information on any other branches of this family

Hi and welcome to rootschat,
The Sussex Family History Group online database for members has some Rollason/Rollison entries including a burial in 1826 at St Mary's Eastbourne for a Thomas age 69.   
There is a marriage in 1789 to Mary Knight for Thomas Rollison of Willingdon and William Rollison to Sarah Welsh in 1790 (is this your ancestor?) who may be connected too.   Both have witnesses named Young and Hart.
It might be worth tracing them all back to see how they fit in with your tree.   There is a will in 1809 that might be interesting too.
How do you know William was born in Eastbourne in 1765?

The William Rollison/Rollason married to Sarah Welsh,  is family, William is 4xGreat Grandfather ;)
