Slightly different spelling of Lawrence - Australian Voters List 1931 -  Warragul Victoria -  Annie Lawrance (home duties)and Joseph Lawrance (labourer)  in Nilma.
Frederick James Moyle - Post Office and Reginald Samuel Herbert  - Motor Mechanic both appear in Warragul 1931

Australian Voters List - 1925 - District Gippland. Joseph Lawrance (labourer) Annie Lawrance (Home Duties) (Couldn't see Frederick and Reginald Moyle listed)

I suspect that it will be like looking for a needle in a haystack to find a reason for Harriett emigrating to Australia. Maybe she went to a Richards relative or maybe a Moyle.
