Rebecca Alderton

I am searching for Rebecca Alderton who married James Frost in Lawshall 1786. In the Marriage Licence bond she is described as 26 years and upwards. I cannot find her baptism although there are other Aldertons in Lawshall and Cockfield.  Has anyone come across Rebecca please ?

Welcome to RootsChat.
I've had a search through the Suffolk Family History Society Burial Index and found the following which may or may not be your ancestors:-
St Peter & St Paul, Bardwell, Suffolk, Burials
01/10/1833, Rebecca FROST, aged 70, b. circa 1763
17/02/1852, James FROST, aged 75, b. circa 1777
There is a 14 year (approx) age gap, but I thought it may be a possibility, although Bardwell is North of Bury St Edmunds and Lawshall/Cockfield is South.

Thank you Victor - I don't think these are my James and Rebecca as James died in 1794 age 26, but thank you for looking .

Year of death has helped, but I can't find Rebecca.

James FROST was buried 2nd March 1794, aged 26.
