What happened to Louisa & John Parry ?
« on: Saturday 20 June 15 15:49 BST (UK) »
I'm trying to find Louisa Parry nee Warlow and her husband John Parry. Louisa was born 1841 Bangor, Caernarvonshire and lived at Mason Street, Bangor with her parents Benjamin & Ellen Warlow. She married 1864 Bangor to John Parry (birth & place of birth unknown). She was last found on the 1871 Census living with her mother Ellen at Mason Street, Bangor. She is listed as married but her husband John is not there. Living with her are her two children William Benjamin Parry born 1864 Bangor & Charlotte born 1867 Bangor. The two children are still living with their Grandmother on the 1881 Census but no Louisa or John?

I would be very grateful for any help or suggestions to finding them. ???

Kind Regards,

Jan

Just a longshot - could she be the 1876 marriage in Anglesey to either Owen Owens or Henry Parry

Do you have any more info on the occupation and age of John Parry ? Could he be the John Parry aged 23, servant, living in 10 Mason Street, born in Bangor ?

I do like that one in 1861, living a few doors away from Louisa and family

Just a longshot - could she be the 1876 marriage in Anglesey to either Owen Owens or Henry Parry

You can exclude this suggestion - this is the marriage of Louisa Parry, 24, spinster of Bank Place, Amlwch, daughter of Seth Parry and Owen Owens, 27, bachelor, sailor of Market place, Amlwch, son of Owen Owens which took place at Dinas Chapel, Llangefni on 4 Apr 1876.
Anglesey - Thomas:
Bodedern, Heneglwys, Llanfair-yn-Neubwll.
Anglesey - Jones:
Llanfaethlu, Llanfair-yn-Neubwll, Rhoscolyn.
Anglesey - Parry:Llanfair-yn-Neubwll.
Anglesey - Lewis:Llanbadrig.
Anglesey - Willins & Tyran/Tyrer

Caernarvonshire - Evans and Lewis:Llanberis.

Denbighshire - Jenkins:Llandynan, Llantysilio, Cerrigydrudion.
Denbighshire - Jones:Rhos, Ruabon.
Denbighshire - Jones:Henllan

Flintshire - Mathews:Northop

Thank you all very much for the suggestions and an excellent follow up dragonT :)
I agree Keyboard86 that John Parry living in No 10 is a probably our man.  Thanks for finding him SamSwift that has taught me a good lesson for the future, to have a good look at the neighbours!
Sadly after a really good search I still can't find them. John appears to be working for Robert Thomas who was a Carrier in 1861 and Thomas Owen who was also a Servant /Labourer working for him and living in the same house goes on to be a Carter on the 1871 Census but no sign of John  :-\
Any more suggestions will be gratefully received

Thanks Again

Ellen
