Florence Catherine May Bray DOB 21.9.13

We have the marriage details and the names and info regarding the siblings, all we would like to know is when the parents died and where they are buried.

As far as I can see there are only 4 deaths of Florence Brays in Cornwall between 1960 and 1980, none born 1892:

1882  died 1961    Redruth        Florence
1896  died 1964    Redruth        Florence Helga
1895  died 1976    Cambourne   Florence Jane
1899  died 1977    St Austrell    Florence Louise

Then the next one is Florence May Bray in 1987 but she was born 1915.

None of those deaths apply is there a possibility she could have been cremated and are there records for this perhaps Ernest was also cremated

the death would still need to be registered & would appear in the index & there doesn't seem to be one that fits for age. Is it possible that she remarried after Ernest's death?

I was wondering that as well Osprey. As Osprey says all deaths are registered in exactly the same way whether the person is buried or cremated. In fact the death has to be registered before any arrangements can take place. So that leaves us with 3 options:

1. Florence remarried, so will be buried under another name.
2. She either moved away or died outside Cornwall. Remember that deaths are registered where a
    person died, not their home address.
3. The dates you have are wrong.

Is the Florence May Bray who died in 1987 a relation or is that just a coincidence?

Hi the Florence May Bray who died in 1987 is not a relation but the death registered in Plymouth is a possibility though she did have sons and a daughter who lived there, will look into this thanks for the help.

She could have gone back to her maiden name of May as they did separate I believe possibly divorced as Ernest was not a nice man.  I do know she was born in 1892 as we have her marriage certificate and worked out the year of birth from that.
