How bizarre.  It must be some sort of souvenir photo you could buy.   It's far too small to be a postcard.   Its not exactly a great shot though.  I'm quite intrigued.   There are a few more that have this same appearance so may be they are Skegness as well.   I'll post them on here tomorrow as it's late now.   Great work Rosie!,   8) 8) :D :D

I've gone through the ones that have the same appearance as this one and found two more that are Skegness from the link posted by JenB.  I have three different views of the clock tower, so that basically another four identified.  :) :) :)
