Thomas Roberts house in New Park Trentham

I live in a Thomas Roberts house in Trentham & would like to ask if anyone knows who originally lived in the TR house in the grounds of New Park, the Tellwrights' estate, now a residential home? It was presumably part of the Sutherland Estate.
