Clarksville, Cork
« on: Friday 10 July 15 18:30 BST (UK) »
I recently came upon an obituary of Cornelius Michael O'Leary from 1911. This article states he was born in Clarksville, Cork, Ireland and that his date of birth was 1830-1840. Can anyone tell me where Clarksville is in the County of Cork and in what Catholic diocese it is located?  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.

I think maybe it should read  Charleville.   Charleville is a town in North County Cork.  Hope I am sending you in the right direction.
