Frail/Hughes Marriage Record - Canada

Hello,
Can anyone help with the following please?
Looking for a marriage record for a Thomas Frail (mother's name possibly Annie) and Helen Hughes (mother's maiden name possibly Coyle) in Canada around 1929. Thomas could have been aound 24 at the time of the marriage and was in the merchant navy.
Thomas Frail is believed to have been from Jarrow in Co; Durham, England.
Am looking to find a trace of the marriage in order to establish wether their were any Scottish or Irish origins for this couple.

Using Freesearch with last name & other person first name Thomas
Shows following persons in household
John 1867, Annie 1869, Peter 1908 & Barnard 1910

You would need to view the actual census to see pob, address, occ etc..

Do you have access to the census?

I can look at the 1901 to see pob for parents

as you have gone off line and I don't know if you have access to census have

Marriage took place in Montreal (St. Laurent church) and details are found in Drouin collection.
24 August 1929 Thomas Frail, s/o John Frail and Ann McGrary or McGary of Jarrow County Durham married Helen Hughes, d/o Thomas Hughes and Margaret Coyle.
31 Oct 1931 Thomas, Helen and two daughters named after their grandmothers landed in the United Kingdom.  They intended to reside in Scotland according to ships record.

Fantastic - can't thank you enough for your help - finding this information fulfils one of the last wishes of my friend now 77 brough up in an orphanage who never knew her parents or anything about her brothers and sisters.

The marriage record stated that Helen's parents were from Kiloyth Scotland.  There is a passenger record for a Helen Hughes arriving in Montreal in 1928.  The record shows she is 21 and born in Kilsyth.  Her nearest British relative is given as brother Patrick Hughes of Lilydale Road Kilsyth.  If you buy some credits at ScotlandsPeople you should be able to find her in the 1911 census as well as deaths for her and Thomas if they remained in Scotland.
