Gibson family in Heathcote, Victoria

I know this is a very old thread but I am a descendant of Frances and Adam Gibson and was hoping to get some information about them. I have a fair bit about them in Australia but was hoping to get info from other family members as I don't have much from before they arrived here and thought it would be worth a try. Also I am new and so I don't think I can send a PM- Thanks

Adam's baptism in Hartburn:

In 1851 he was 25 years old so the information given at the time of his death in Victoria was incorrect, he was only aged about 72.

The only problem with this is that there is an Adam GIBSON born c1825 at Hartburn, wife Mary, who can be followed through the census records.  Perhaps the baptism above is not your Adam after all.

Thank you for the information and my Adam was born in Tweedmouth according to my information and another member said that his brother James (I previously knew nothing of a brother)was born in Tweedmouth also although I have not been able to find a baptism.
