1921 census Cooksey
« on: Thursday 30 July 15 13:41 BST (UK) »
I am looking for a family of Cooksey, who lived in Toronto in 1921.  On the 1911 census and many years surrounding this, they lived in Toronto East.
In 1918 they were living at 45 Pape Ave.  I have manually searched both Toronto East and York East pages of the census, but found nothing (or missed them).
The names would be Elizabeth (or Dollie/Dolly)b1874, Eileen b1901, Edith b1903, Emerson b1905, Evelyn b1907.  All born in Toronto.
I was just wondering if anyone else was researching the Cooksey family in Toronto.

Hi
There's Emerson Cooksey's death in York Toronto 2.7.1930 age 25  at 222 Kingston Road informant Elizabetn Cooksey so he should be there.
But sorry can't see them.

Thank you ciderdrinker for your time.  This has been quite a mystery.

The head of the family Henry Cooksey left the family and went to Chicago.  He was an abusive alcoholic.

Elizabeth's (Dolly/Dollie) maiden name was Crute.  I even tried searching under variables for this.
