Charles Eugene Tournade

Charles Eugene A Tournade married Alexandrina Urquhart Marr, on 12 December 1898 at St Andrews, Fife, Scotland.  It would appear that their entry on the 1901 census in Renfrewshire, Scotland, lists the surname as Tormad.  The next information I have found is their entry in the 1930 United States Census, in Los Angeles which gives their immigration date as 1911.  I also have from MooseRoots.com their dates of death - Charles died January 19, 1949 and Alexandrina January 10, 1946.  I wondered if they had any children born in United States and what his occupation was.  At the time of their marriage he was a piano tuner. 
I would be most grateful for any information.  Isk.

Many thanks shellyesq.  It is possible that though their date of immigration to the U.S. was 1911 they first went to Canada.  Will have to do a bit more research to confirm that.  Again thank you for taking time to respond.  Isk.

His naturalisation papers are viewable on Ancestry. He was a piano tuner. Entered the US at Eastport, Idaho, by rail from Canada on August 23rd 1911.

Charles Eugene Amedee Tournade, born Brighton 16 July 1872.

Mr Chas E Tournade & Mrs Tournade sailed 22 April 1911 from Glasgow aboard the Ionian, destination Montreal. They were going to Winnipeg. ( The matching arrival documentation for Canada is virtually illegible ).
