Hi again, looks like him as in 1851 he has in household with his family a Mary Beech 67 Lodger/ Widow b Wellington

If Thomas is not alive in 1841 Census (I havent looked) there is a Burial Bilston for a Thomas Beech, 11 Aug 1833 age 40 (birth c 1790)

EDIT have looked now;

JOSEPH Beech, 25, Ag Lab
William Beech, 20, Ag Lab
Martha Beech, 20
All down as born in County
