Help restore Micky & Grant

Hi guys,

Please could you restore a couple images of my uncles who have now sadly passed on.

First we have Micky, from the East End. If this could be made colour?

All help and support is greatly appreciated and makes a difference, i will be presenting these to family members in frames :D
