You can view old Ordnance Survey maps of Cornwall (6" and 25") at
maps.nls.uk - Series Maps. Typically ca.1880 and the revision ca. 1905. At the moment the option to use the "seamless zoomable overlay layer" does not seem to work, but presumably they will get their act together soon.
