The only Rogers/Francis marriage showing on free bmd for 1945 involves this man
Marriages December quarter  1945
 Gordon A W Rogers incorrectly 'Horwich' for Norwich 8c 521

and this looks like his death
Gordon Archibald W Rogers born 17th June 1921
registered death March quarter  1982 age 60
Greenwich  Greater London  Volume  12  Page 1358

But not Bexleyheath.

If this is completely the wrong person, apologies.
