One can't read every thread unless one is glued to a computer 24/7 as just an observer  ? other than an helper but a reminder 6 month later for more newer members does not hurt being an important issue on the main England board.

Think we have exchange views about pettiness ! before or number of posts one has means nothing to me as expertise one has as in our last encounter. Any member can ramp up post numbers.

I was simply pointing out that this subject had been covered before?!

If you read the previous thread, you will see it has some interesting posts - especially by Guy Etchells, who had a hand in getting this subject into Parliament (as I understand things).
