Obit - Connecticut Post 17 December 2010

Matilda T. Faulkner "Tillie"  - With her gracious smile and uplifting spirit, Tillie lived a life of love and compassion that enriched the lives of others. Her energy, optimism and resourcefulness were infectious and her disarming Southern charm put all who met or knew her at ease. Born in 1907 in Nashville, Tennessee, the daughter of Matilda Ambrose and Joseph Ormsby Treanor, she was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Vanderbilt University. In 1931 she married Hugh Kenneth Faulkner, sharing a life for 66 years until his death at the age of 92. Ken's employment with DuPont and Remington Arms necessitated many moves. They resided the longest in Fairfield, CT before retiring to "Watermark at 3030" in Bridgeport. Her greatest joys were her family and her many dear friends. She taught Sunday School, was president of many PTA's, participated on Girl Scout Councils and served for years on the boards of Goodwill Industries and Family Services Woodfield (FSW). In 1991, she received the Woodfield Award in recognition of distinguished leadership, outstanding volunteer services and long time commitment and in 2006 became a Life Time Trustee of FSW. Tillie was a long time member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, was an active member of the Black Rock Yacht Club and was a member of Brooklawn Country Club for almost 60 years where she thrived on Duplicate Bridge. Tillie died at the remarkable age of 103 in Wilmington, DE on November 30, 2010.  etc, etc (names daughters and 5 grand-children, 13 great-grandchildren - 2 great, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

I believe this to be Molyneaux Bell's mother. This is what I was told by my mother. If not his mother, it is still a Bell relative. I am certain of this.
