Hi,
MF Gilbert is correct. If you look closely at the 1911 census Form A you can see that the brother-in-law is O'?awe. On 19 May 1902 Hugh Walsh married Margaret O'Rawe in Glenravel R.C. Church. Fathers' names were Arthur Walsh and John O'Rawe.

Jock,
After 1864 all births in Ireland had to be recorded (registered) in a local registry office.

Hugh Walsh married Margaret O’Rawe on the 19th May 1902.

Margaret – 24 Dec 1902 – Registered Ballymena
Mary – 24 Dec 1902 – Registered Ballymena
Mary – 27 Jan 1904 – Registered Ballymena
Arthur – 24 Dec 1905 – Registered Ballymena
John – 28 Dec 1908 – Registered Antrim

This is only partly correct.

The twins (1902) were registered in Glenwhirry sub-district which is under Ballymena district.
The 3rd child (1904) was registered Broughshane sub-district (also under Ballymena district).
The 4th child (1905) was registered in Glenwhirry sub-district (under Ballymena district).
The 5th child (1908), mother O'Raw, was registered in Doagh sub-district (under Antrim district)
