PATRICK O'CONNOR, originally from Ireland, lived England briefly, emigrated to Canada 1869, moved to B.C. thought to be Vancouver sometime after 1890, married with family in west. worked for railroad, thought to be murdered by Chinese workers for payroll. Did Thomas and Johanna also have children called Dennis and Edward?

No Dennis, but they did have an Edward, he was born in Canada. Rather than BOWEN, Johanna's maiden name may possibly have been BOHAN

The only sightings of Patrick are as follows

1869 arrival of family in Canada, surname spelt CONNOR, Patrick age 14
1871 census family in Hamilton Ontario surname spelt O CONER Patrick age 13 (I read age as 18)
1881 census family in Hamilton Ontario surname spelt CONNORS Patrick age 26, a labourer

Given the gap between Patricks birth and his siblings he could be from a previous relationship but whose? A marriage hasn't yet been found for his parents Thomas and Johanna (most records have her as Hannah)

Edward's 2nd marriage record gives his mother's maiden name as Boyne and that his father was born in Dublin.
