Hi  I have received the two birth certificates as they said I couldn't stipulate
either one by the known parents. You were correct Thomas William was born 1876 to Catherine Elizabeth Acott, a domestic servant, in Malling, East Peckham. She later married Miles Latter in 1879. They all changed their names Thomas William/William Thomas and Elizabeth Catherine/Catherine Elizabeth. Confusing!!!
