Don't think George married to Eleanor is the correct George as they are together on 1851 census when "your" George is with Eliza

I am wondering if Eliza Baugh was related to George's first wife Charlotte baugh???

Will investigate further

It seems a strong possibility Charlotte & Eliza Baugh were sisters -they both have father's named William

St Peter leckhampton
George Richings father William Richings
Charlotte Baugh father William Baugh

10 Mar 1844

I can't find Eliza as Elizabeth -where did you find that information??

Hi Suz

I also thought that there was a possibility that Charlotte and Eliza were sisters.. I got 'Elizabeth' from someone else's tree on Ancestry!!

Couldn't find a death documented for Charlotte.. must have another look.
I think that George and Charlotte had a daughter, Francis born about 1841.

Many thanks
 Ruth  :D

so it looks like George married Mary Blower in 1835 (previously posted bu Capetown)
they had a son Cornelius

Mary must have died young

George Married Charlotte Baugh in 1839
They had a daughter fanny in 1840

Charlotte died and George married Eliza Baugh and had lots of children
