Hello,

This is my family. James is the brother of my gt gt grandfather Joseph Lloyd. If you look at the 1841 census at Holly Hall - original not transcription - you will find James living next door to Joseph and on the other side their parents John Lloyd and Honor Pearson and their youngest 2 siblings, Simeon and Maria.

I have seen many trees that have James married to Hannah Nichols but I looked at their children, 1841 Ann HODGETTS Lloyd born she died 1844. Knew children often carried mother's or grandmother's maiden names. This gave me the link to Hannah Hickmans.
