Hi
can anyone help me please with the father of Richard Jarvis who married Mary Bloxham in Launton Oxfordshire 1849. I have the marriage certificate but I am unable to read the name of the father.
(it doesn't look like the name of Jarvis)

Family tree gives his father as James Jarvis - can you read his fathers first name on the certificate?
Hinchliffe - Huddersfield Wiltshire

From the parish records for Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Launton it says his dad was James Jarvis
Robinson - Oxfordshire
Stratford - Gloucestershire,
Waters - Northamptonshire,
Moss - Oxfordshire,
Bint - Berkshire,
Collins / Collings - Buckinghamshire,
Salmon - Warwickshire and Northamptonshire
Stranks - Northamptonshire,
Bull - Oxfordshire /Buckinghamshire,
