Looks like them mis-transcribed as HUNET

1861 Census England Lancashire Hulme
RG9/2898/7/7
7 Longworth Street

HURST
James Head Marr 23 Salesman Farnworth Manchester
Sarah Wife Marr 20 Preston Little Lever
William Son Unmarr 11mths Hulme Manchester

Sorry if I have not gotten these place names entirely correct... it was quite hard to read them. I can see how they made the mistake with the surname.

Try looking for Sarah Hant, 29 born Little Lever.  :)   The original reads born Prestolee Little Lever.
