Baptism request Ketley/Oakengates/Wellington

I have an Ellen Parish/Parrish, father Thomas, who is born c1818 (aged 33, 42, 53, 63, 73 per 1851-1891 census) variously in Ketley, Oakengates and Wellington (birth places she gives on census).  Her baptism does not appear on ancestry, findmypast, or familysearch.  Can anyone help with a look-up - these places appear to be in booklets or on fiche.  many thx any assistance.
