O'Donnell family in Buncrana 1872
« on: Wednesday 13 January 16 23:51 GMT (UK) »
I am looking to find some information for Charles O'Donnell born 1872.
His father was Patrick O'Donnell and his mother was Amelia.

I believe they may have been living in Buncrana in 1872.

Charles at some point in his life, left for Scotland and ended up in Port Glasgow

Charles married Isabella's McConaghy  1896 in Port Glasgow

His father listed as Patrick O'Donnell (Alive at the time) and mother Amelia O'Donnell(deceased at the time) nee McLaughan. Isabella McConaghy his bride. Her father was Robert McConaghy (Deceased) and mother Ann McConaghy nee Jackson.(alive at the time).

Any information on Charles, Patrick or Amelia would be appreciated.

If you go to http://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/civil-search.jsp  and just put in Names and nothing else you can find stuff like Amelia's Death http://www.rootschat.com/links/01gub/
