You should be able to get quite a bit online if you search. For example-

Samuel Weir
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Down/Newry_Rural/Commons/1245388
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Down/Newry_Rural/Commons/254164

Weir Samuel of Lower Commons county Down farmer died 31 December 1916 Probate Belfast 7 June to Elizabeth Anne Weir the widow. Effects £76 12s. 6d.
www.proni.gov.uk

Weir Margaret Edith of Lower Commons Newry county Down died 2 February 1948 Administration Belfast 7 May to Benjamin Henry Weir printer the husband. Effects £256 10s. 11d.

www.familysearch.org has civil registration index (up to 1921 for N.I.counties)
GRONI has births, marriages and deaths which can be ordered for a small fee
etc.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

... Andrew was Farmer lived in parish of Newry his Father James Morrow also a Farmer, Elizabeth form parish of Donaghamore whos father is James McGaffin also a famer i cant make out the townlands ...

At the time of marriage, groom Andrew Morrow was living in the townland of Saval Beg in the civil parish of Newry, bride Elizabeth McGaffin was living in the townland of Ringbane in the civil parish of Donaghmore.

Griffiths Valuation shows a James Morrow in Saval Beg and a John McGaffan and Anne McGaffan in Ringbane, print date for the area is 1864.  The PRONI Will Calendars has the following entry, possibly related:

Probate of the Will of William McGaffin late of Ringbane County Down Farmer who died 29 October 1912 granted at Belfast to Elizabeth McGaffin the Widow and Joseph McCrum Farmer

Family in 1901 and 1911? http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Down/Donaghmore/Ringbane/1244807/
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Down/Donaghmore/Ringbane/253643/

BTW, there is a place called McGaffins Corner near Ringbane:

There was a Morrow family living in Banbridge area (just down the road from Newry) in 1960s - I went to school with a Kenneth Morrow. Enquiry to the two local newspapers (Chronicle and Leader) might discover if any still around.
