Just found this too  https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M7X9-2KH christina rosell similar to christiana revell although the charlotte stannard in this census has a different birth year (1841) to the charlotte i have (1833)      I have her as a child of JOHN stannard and christiana lovick from my research. Is it possible that christiana originally married robert stannard and had one son (philip stannard) then after robert died had a daughter (eliza hazzerd stannard) with another man then married john stannard, one of roberts relatives? A brother maybe?

Philip Stannard was baptized at St Martin at Oak Norwich 20 December 1818 of Robert Stannard and Christiana. birth date given 20 December 1818

Robert Stannard buried 5 September 1819 at St Martin at Oak was age 24.

The daughter Eliza Hazzerd Stannard born 23 June 1822 bap 14 July 1822 of Christiana Stannard in BT's is listed as illegitimate, mother occupation weaver.
Eliza Stannard age 3 was buried 9 March 1826. All at St martin at Oak

thankyou so much for that, i have been struggling with getting accurate information mainly because christianas surname was mispronounced on so many occasions that i was never sure of her actual birth surname. I am now pretty sure her maiden name is livick, but there is also a census i found for 1841 in derby which appears to show philip stannard living with relatives of his mother, others in household - samuel lovick and emma lovick.
The above information you supplied is fantastic but im still left wondering about this - christiana lovick and JOHN stannard had a daughter, charlotte who was christened 15th dec 1833, st paul norfolk. I was thinking maybe john was a middle name, robert john stannard? But then the information you and others have supplied would clearly indicate he had died well over a decade before she was born. Thanks again.

Have found a birth record which i'm thinking is roberts, though this says he was born in 1794 so would make him 25 at death and not 24.
Birth 26th feb 1794
baptism 2nd march 1794, both norwich st stephen.
Father - philip stannard
Mother - elizabeth pillar.

Thanks for that info trish, so in your opinion do you think christiana could have married john stannard (roberts brother) after he died and they had a daughter, charlotte that seems the only logical explanation.
Just come across something similar with one of philips children actually (william alfred) who died in 1879 was married to phillis brindley who married wiliam stannard (his brother!) In 1880.
