There are several Newey's baptised and/or buried at St George's, but unfortunately the transcript I have doesn't include addresses. From the 1841 census I assume the parents are Thomas & Mary, so here are a few you may be interested in:
Baptisms:
4 May 1831, Samuel Newey, son of Thomas & Mary
21 Aug 1833, John Newey, son of Thomas (Labourer) & Mary
2 Sep 1835, James Newey, son of Thomas (Labourer) & Mary
5 Aug 1840, Elizabeth Newey, daughter of Thomas (Labourer) & Mary
Burials:
12 Apr 1832, Mary Newey, daughter of Thomas & Mary, aged 7
1 July 1832, Samuel Newey, infant son of Thomas & Mary
8 Sep 1835, William Newey, infant son of Thomas & Mary (baptised as James?)
24 Feb 1842, Thomas Newey aged 45
The only John Cox buried in 1846 at St George was the infant son of John & Sarah, although a John Cox aged 49 was buried 15 Nov 1846 at St Mary's .
The following are all at St George's and I think may be your John & Mary?

25 Feb 1829, William Cox, son of John (Bricklayer) & Mary
8 Sep 1830, Edmund Cox, son of John (Bricklayer) & Mary

2 Mar 1836, Elizabeth Cox, daughter of John (Bricklayer) & Mary
21 Feb 1838, Mary Cox, daughter of John (Bricklayer) & Mary
30 Sep 1840, Ann Cox, daughter of John (Bricklayer) & Mary
Burials:
30 Jun 1837, Thomas Cox, son of John & Mary, aged 3

17 Nov 1844, William Cox, son of John & Mary, aged 8

Hope this helps
