Unable to find out if he ever married and had issue. Looks like he may have stayed single.
Just found mention of his name and born Somerset.
Many thanks for any help, Syljun

Hi,

No wife or issue on the tree. Equally there is no mother or father recorded.

On his United States World War I Draft Registration Cards he is recorded as single -

Thanks JJen, Yes I have seen info. on Family search which is where I found him. Wondered what connection there was.  I am a Harding by birth with connection to his family. 1901 Census has him as Grandson so probably son of one of the daughters. Not too close to warrant buying B/Cert but curiosity may get the better of me. Still wonder where he comes in on Banger family tree. Is there anyone still active to communicate with?
Thank you, Syljun

On the tree there is no evidence of a connection to the Banger family. However there are other Hardings on the tree but again these are not connected to Albert Henry  ???

Needs a bit more investigation.............

Thanks JJen, Seems strange to have someone not obviously connected. Is it a case of name picking.
Curious to know other Harding names if not being too cheeky to ask.
I seem to be the only one researching Somerset Harding family and can only go back to 1803 so going sidewards to keep my interest going having left off for about a year.
Hope I am not being a bother.
Regards, Syljun

The Banger tree has 15 Harding people in it, and only 157 people total. Owner last logged in last week. Very sparse tree for 10 year membership.

When you tip the tree into pedigree you can see that the home person descends from William Harding c 1812 Chilton, Somerset and his son Frederick b 1847.

Salute,

Janelle

Whoopee, Yes we have a connection. William being my Grt.Grt.Grandfather. Slight twist in this family as to relations. Albert Henry being grandson of Frederick.
Frederick died and his wife Fanny married Frederick's nephew Francis. 1901 Census has Francis (Frank) and Fanny  with Albert Henry being grandson.
Frederick's brother Charles Harding was my Grt. Grandfather. Francis his son.
Thank you so much Janelle. I do not suppose the person with the Banger tree is interested in getting in touch but nice to know I am not alone doing research on the Harding family.
Best wishes, Syljun

Clarky 500, Cannot recall touching on West Bucknall for Harding family, sorry. Syljun

Hi syljun,

Never mind! However, they seem to appear in West Buckland in the mid 1700's out of nowhere so you never know - I'll keep looking! :)
