Verlie Martha J Edwards
« on: Sunday 27 March 16 19:33 BST (UK) »
Hi

I am looking for info on the above, she was born April 1893 in Brecknock, Breconshire, Wales. In the 1901 and 1911 Census' she was living with her parents in The School House, Georgeham, Devon.  She was training to be a teacher.  Her parents were both teachers.

I have been unable to find anything on her after 1911.  I would be grateful for any help.

Thanks

Susie  :)

She had another sibling.

There was another Verlie Edwards born 1920/5-ish

Could be the one married Rowson 1960-ish

I think I am rather more porcine than amphibian, but yes the "little grey cells" haven't got into gear  all day!!

The North Devon Journal (12 feb 1925) has a write up of Evangeline's funeral, and "her daughter" is mentioned therein.  Although not mentioned by name, it does suggest that Verlie was present (and thus still alive then!)
