GRONI website

I've just had a go at searching for a marriage in Belfast.

The GRONI website appears to be unusable.

Searching demands that I buy "credits", but there's no indication of how much they are or how many I need.

It seems I can't order a certificate unless I quote the full text which appears on it.

The "Help" and "Terms & Conditions" links both take me to the 404 page.

And to cap it all, the "Feedback" link lets me fill in my comments, then just returns Server Error.

Who should I contact to complain?

Are you perhaps using an out of date link? I just typed GRONI into Google and it took me to the NiDirect webpage ( geni.nidirect.gov.uk)  which seems to be working fine.

Yes, that's what I did too. Searching demands "credits", no indication of how many are needed, just that I have "insufficient". Attempts to get help go to the 404 page. Feedback gets thrown away.

I even went through the hassle of Registering and logging in.

I do have some credits on there so maybe that is why I am getting on without issue.

Just did a bit of digging on the website and you need at least one credit @ 40pence to search on the site. If you have set up an account then log in and click in your name in the top right corner. You can then add a credit to allow you to search.
