Lightfoot conundrum
« on: Tuesday 12 April 16 08:05 BST (UK) »
Dear all,

Is there anyone here that can help me solve a bit of a conundrum as to the yob of these three Lightfoot children? They all seem to have been baptised on the same day, but I doubt that the parents had triplets - they had another child a year later and were married about six years previous to the marriage.

These are the children, all three offspring of William Lightfoot and Sara(h) Farr, who married in 1775 in Luton, Bedfordshire:
Nancy Lightfoot, bapt 21 Oct 1781
Richard Lightfoot, bapt 21 Oct 1781
Samuell Lightfoot, bapt 21 Oct 1781

So who came first?! My guess is that they had one around 1776, one around 1778 and one around 1781 and then had all three baptised at once.

Any help much appreciated!!!
Thanks,
Lexi.
