William Tymms and Mary, marriage near Ascott u Wychwood?

Hello everyone

In 1789, my ancestor William Cooper marries Mary Tymms in Ascott under Wychwood. She was a widow.
In 1792, a Samuel Timms of Ascott leaves money in his will to his daughter-in-law Mary Cooper late wife of his son William, as well as to his grandchildren William, Mary and Eleanor children of his son William.

I'm trying to find the marriage of William Timms/Tymms and Mary to find out her maiden name.
William Tymms seems to have been baptised in 1744 in Ascott, son of Samuel.
They don't appear to have got married in Ascott though.
Any suggestions?

The St John The Baptists Church, Burford PR's for the marriage say:

1770
Feb 1 Timms Wm & My     HOBS Spinster of BURFORD
         Mason of ASCOT, OXFORD
         Wits. Saml TYMMS    My FOX
         Banns   BANBURY vicar
