Old Church, Saint Pancras Marriage Lookup Please

Hi!
I'm looking for a marriage record between an Edward Marlborough Fitzgerald and Sarah Powell Baumgardt.
They were married on March 1st, 1832.
Any help would be so appreciated!

Also, the baptism record for their child states that Edward is a Lieutenant of His Majesty, 31st Reg.
Can anyone tell me what this explicitly means? Also, Edward's son-in-law, George Owen, was the surgeon-dentist of North London and Islington...can anyone tell me what this means too? LOL Haven't had any luck with Google...

The image of the marriage at St Pancras is on Anc.  Both were of the parish and Edward was a widower and Sarah a widow.   They were married by licence.   Witnesses Hugh Lloyd and ??  Higgins

Thank you, Kay, for the link and information! I was able to find the record. Unfortunately, it doesn't list the parents. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but bummer.

If you couldn't tell, I've just started my research, so sorry if the answers were obvious!
