You should remove the Will you have posted.

If it's the will of John Cowling that you're after, it starts at the very foot of the page, after the will of Jane Curra (last three lines, not showing in your image).

I've had it saved for a while and never got round to reading it.

Could have sworn it was for John Cowling ???
