Hi Mark,
Not much help but I can confirm that Hannah Hood (of Cliffe) was buried in Hemingbrough on 13 Feb 1868.
Following on from the marriage Shaun found I think William Hood could be William Vincent Hood who was born in Norwich, Norfolk in 1842 and that the Doncaster marriage could be the right one. Hannah Sanderson was born on 2 Feb 1843 in Doncaster to George and Mary (nee Mirfin). There is a tree on Ancestry that has this William Hood marrying Hannah Tasker in Doncaster but maybe they assumed that name from the informant on her death certificate. There was a farmer William Tasker who lived in Cliffe for many years - maybe he was William and Hannah Hood's employer at the time of her death and that is why he was informant.
There is baptism for Charles Hood in Doncaster in 1864 son of William and Anna. He can be found in 1871 living with his Grandparent's (Samuel and Sarah Hood) and widowed father William Hood in Acton Burnell, Shropshire.
Looking at earlier census returns for Samual and Sarah in 1861 they were living at Long Drax, Yorkshire, Drax of course being a couple of miles from Hemingbrough.
It all seems to fit, what do you think?

Hello Pinetree and Ladyhawk
Thank you very much for the information, I will have a look at them.
I have asked previously about the 16 February 1861 birth of Matilda Vincent at Langrick, Sub-district Carlton, under the District of Selby and her mother was named as Emily Vincent Hood, according to the Certificate ...
and Rootschatter Goughy mentioned the following:-
http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=728231.171I was able to get to the Library at the time and print off 1861 Census for Long Drax:-
Samuel Hood, Head, Marr, aged 45, Agricultural Labourer, born Norfolk Ditchingham
Sarah Hood, Wife, Marr, aged 44, Do Wife , born Norfolk Colton
Emily Vincent Hood, Daur, Un, aged 20, Daughter, born Norfolk Barford
Harriot Hood, Daur, aged 11, Scholar, born Norfolk Ditchingham
Samuel Hood, Son, aged 7, Scholar, born Yorkshire Long Drax
Orson Hood, Son, aged 4, Scholar, born Yorkshire Long Drax
Matilda Vincent, Gran Daur, 7 weeks Infant, born Yorkshire Long Drax
1851 Census - Oak Hill, Ditchingham:-
Samuel Hood, Head, Marr, aged 35, "Ag Lab", born Norfolk Ditchingham
Sarah Hood, Wife, Marr, aged 34, At Home, born Norfolk Colton
Emely Hood, Daur, aged 10, Scholar, born Norfolk Barford
William Hood, Son, aged 8, Scholar, born Norfolk Norwich
Mitilda Hood, Daur, aged 6, Scholar, born Norfolk Ditchingham
Charles Hood, Son, aged 4, born Norfolk Ditchingham
Harriet Hood, Daur, aged 1, born Norfolk Ditchingham
This research, is all a long shot as they may not be related at all, to the Hoods in Selby. My "George Hood of Selby" died in Selby 18 Sept 1845 before the 1851 Census, has no known burial place local to Selby or Parishes surrounding Selby and there is no Selby Baptism and nothing to even link him to John Hood of Selby, mariner.
As my G.H., had a bit of property in Selby at death, I await replies from the Yorkshire General Cemetery Companies, open by 1845.
However, George Hood (Yorkshire per 1841 Census), could of been shipped anywhere.
Kind regards, Mark
